Our Board of Directors
The Hoosier Energy Board of Directors is comprised of 18 elected representatives — one for each member cooperative. Each board member is elected to a one-year term. Officers of the board – which include the chair, vice chair, secretary and treasurer – are elected annually by other board members.
Our Senior Leadership
Our senior leadership team serves under the direction of the Board of Directors and carries out Hoosier Energy’s mission and vision. President and CEO Donna Walker oversees a team of experienced, talented executives who collaborate to manage all elements of the cooperative, including operations, member engagement, technology and cybersecurity, government and community relations, and more.
