O processo em si \u00e9 o motivo pelo qual somos uma boa empresa \u2013 tentar obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es e agir da melhor forma poss\u00edvel. N\u00e3o somos perfeitos, mas isso ainda est\u00e1 muito \u00e0 frente de uma empresa que n\u00e3o faz isso. \u00c9 uma oportunidade rara para um funcion\u00e1rio dizer livremente como se sente sobre a equipe executiva. Sabemos que podemos melhorar, e esse processo permite que isso aconte\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CL:<\/strong> Eu n\u00e3o fazia parte do grupo que publicou o estudo Merom, mas vi os resultados completos de 2018.
