Enquanto o PLMA \u00e9 composto por quase 200 servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos, empresas de tecnologia, provedores de energia\/solu\u00e7\u00f5es energ\u00e9ticas, fabricantes de equipamentos, consultores, pesquisadores e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas, o ULME \u00e9 somente para servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Originalmente formada como Advanced Load Control Alliance (ALCA), reunindo-se duas vezes por ano desde 2003, o grupo mudou seu nome para ULME em 2015, ao mesmo tempo em que decidiu por uma forma mais estruturada de governan\u00e7a.
