A linha conectar\u00e1 a subesta\u00e7\u00e3o Hoosier Energy Wilbur \u00e0 subesta\u00e7\u00e3o Duke Energy Centerton, ambas no Condado de Morgan.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto \u00e9 essencial para melhorar a confiabilidade da rede de transmiss\u00e3o \u2013 a espinha dorsal do sistema el\u00e9trico \u2013 adicionando outra fonte de energia para alimentar a \u00e1rea. Quatro rotas potenciais foram identificadas e estudadas.<\/p>\n<p>As quatro rotas foram estudadas para restri\u00e7\u00f5es e oportunidades com base em fatores ambientais, sociais e de engenharia usando dados dispon\u00edveis, camadas e fotografia a\u00e9rea. Os dados coletados foram inseridos na matriz de pontua\u00e7\u00e3o ponderada. A SCI REMC foi fundada em 1939 e \u00e9 a maior cooperativa el\u00e9trica rural de Indiana.
