Hoosier Energy Announces Dates for Waterfowl Hunting

Merom Generating Station, Sullivan, Ind., Hoosier Energy has announced waterfowl hunting dates beginning in September and running through February at Turtle Creek Reservoir. Hunting will only be allowed on designated days for the appropriate waterfowl, as indicated.
The following is an outline of waterfowl hunting dates.
September
Only blue-winged or green-winged teal can be hunted. Geese can be hunted
November/December
Duck and goose – early dates
December, January, February
Regular duck and goose open in December. Duck runs until January 20th, Goose continues until February 10th.
