Dans un cas, la route faisait un demi-mile de long.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00ab Nous connaissons le terrain, mais certaines impasses se trouvaient dans des zones assez basses \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Stephens. \u00ab Il \u00e9tait donc difficile de g\u00e9rer l\u2019eau au printemps. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les \u00e9quipes devaient \u00e9galement s&#039;assurer que les poteaux existants ne comportaient pas de nid d&#039;aigle construit au sommet, ce qui n&#039;\u00e9tait le cas d&#039;aucun. Pour \u00e9viter la construction de nids et les pannes de courant n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9placer les nids en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les nouveaux poteaux utilis\u00e9s sont con\u00e7us avec des sommets bomb\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ce projet \u00e9tait dans les temps, alors que la derni\u00e8re phase du projet comprenait le remplacement de six structures dans le comt\u00e9 de Sullivan.
