Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement r\u00e9cent ax\u00e9 sur la fiabilit\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de la maintenance des \u00e9quipements s&#039;inscrit dans cette mission. Des leaders d&#039;opinion du secteur issus de la coop\u00e9rative ont fait une pr\u00e9sentation lors de la Conf\u00e9rence internationale sur la maintenance, \u00e0 laquelle ont assist\u00e9 plus de 1 000 personnes venues du monde entier.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00ab La conf\u00e9rence applique une philosophie d\u2019entreprise qui rationalise les organisations et lie la valeur de leurs actifs \u00e0 la mission de leur entreprise \u00bb, explique Chester Hembree, ing\u00e9nieur principal en production d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En planifiant, en ex\u00e9cutant et en supervisant le mod\u00e8le d&#039;\u00e9quipe de base de petites \u00e9quipes interfonctionnelles, Hembree a co-pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00ab Construire la fondation de la culture de l&#039;excellence avec les \u00e9quipes de base \u00bb avec le chef de projet senior Mark Kramer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La pr\u00e9sentation a abord\u00e9 le parcours de la culture de maintenance de la centrale \u00e9lectrique de Merom, le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre des \u00e9quipes de base et la mani\u00e8re dont la centrale utilise les \u00e9quipes de base pour favoriser l&#039;excellence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En 2011, la centrale de Merom a entrepris de mettre en place un programme de responsabilisation et de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du processus de maintenance. Malgr\u00e9 son succ\u00e8s, le programme \u00e9tait toujours de nature r\u00e9active, selon Hembree. En 2015, une \u00e9quipe interfonctionnelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e pour trouver une approche proactive de la maintenance. Les \u00e9quipes principales se concentrent sur des ensembles d\u2019\u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cifiques de la centrale. Cette nouvelle initiative s\u2019appuie sur les succ\u00e8s du programme pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, tout en poussant l\u2019organisation dans une direction plus proactive.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Fiabilit\u00e9 de la lubrification<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La deuxi\u00e8me pr\u00e9sentation, \u00ab Programme de fiabilit\u00e9 de la lubrification de la centrale \u00e9lectrique de Merom \u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019environnement Dave Appel et l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur de production Gary Burris.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Burris et Appel ont expliqu\u00e9 que la centrale \u00e9lectrique de Merom, comme de nombreuses centrales \u00e9lectriques, avait des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019utilisation, de manipulation et de stockage de l\u2019huile de lubrification.
