{"id":19163,"date":"2025-02-26T14:19:24","date_gmt":"2025-02-26T19:19:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hoosierenergy.com\/?p=19163"},"modified":"2025-02-26T14:19:24","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T19:19:24","slug":"heeld-training-keeps-growing-and-evolving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hoosierenergy.com\/fr\/news-resources\/heeld-training-keeps-growing-and-evolving\/","title":{"rendered":"La formation HEELD continue de grandir et d&#039;\u00e9voluer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une partie du leadership \u00e9volue et m\u00fbrit au fil du temps.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C&#039;est le cas du programme Hoosier Energy Executive Leadership Development (HEELD), qui a affich\u00e9 sa derni\u00e8re \u00e9volution en 2024, lorsqu&#039;une classe de 11 personnes est devenue la sixi\u00e8me \u00e0 obtenir son dipl\u00f4me, portant le nombre total au cours des 14 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 70.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de la classe 2024 figurent Miranda Hostetter et Britt Miller du Utilities District of Western Indiana (UDWI), Kevin Kastensmidt du Clark County REMC, Ron Barnhart du Southeastern Indiana REMC et Amanda Sheehe, Tommy Harrison, Justin Rice, Erica Steinfeldt, Josh Flick, Chad Mertz et Hannah Knutson de Hoosier Energy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le programme a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2011 en collaboration avec l&#039;Universit\u00e9 d&#039;Indiana et le professeur Carl Briggs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les trois premi\u00e8res classes ont maintenu ce lien, se d\u00e9roulant tous les trois ans. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, les classes HEELD \u00e9taient con\u00e7ues pour les employ\u00e9s de Hoosier Energy, tandis que les employ\u00e9s des coop\u00e9ratives membres participaient \u00e0 un programme distinct intitul\u00e9 Cooperative Accelerated Leadership Development.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir de 2019, ces deux groupes se sont r\u00e9unis dans une seule classe, toujours anim\u00e9e par l&#039;IU.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une pause due au COVID-19, le cours a repris en 2022, pour la premi\u00e8re fois ind\u00e9pendamment de l&#039;Universit\u00e9 d&#039;Indiana, tout en exploitant toujours bon nombre des m\u00eames aspects cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, en 2024, la d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise de s\u2019\u00e9loigner d\u2019une approche principalement acad\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Cette fois, nous avons davantage fait appel \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience pratique de personnes qui ont v\u00e9cu des situations diverses \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jon Bobbitt, directeur principal des ressources humaines de Hoosier Energy, qui, avec le directeur administratif Chris Blunk, a coordonn\u00e9 le programme. \u00ab Je ne pense pas que quiconque ait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7u de ce que nous avions fait les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Le fait de voir le leadership de chacun de leurs points de vue a mis en \u00e9vidence que le leadership n\u2019est pas une approche universelle. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il \u00e9tait difficile pour les participants de choisir un favori, mais Hostetter de l&#039;UDWI a \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9 par Cara Silletto, pr\u00e9sidente et directrice de la r\u00e9tention de Magnet Culture.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il y avait tellement de perspectives et de sujets diff\u00e9rents pour aborder le leadership que je n\u2019aurais jamais pu aborder autrement \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Hostetter. \u00ab J\u2019ai l\u2019impression d\u2019avoir tir\u00e9 le meilleur parti de la pr\u00e9sentation de Cara Silletto.
