Une ligne primaire triphas\u00e9e traversait l&#039;emprise et alimentait certaines de leurs pompes, et il fallait s&#039;en d\u00e9barrasser le plus t\u00f4t possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Glomski a vu une opportunit\u00e9 pour les apprentis chez WIN Energy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab J&#039;ai pens\u00e9 que ce serait vraiment le bon moment pour les r\u00e9unir tous et leur permettre de s&#039;attaquer seuls \u00e0 ce travail de retraite \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les circonstances \u00e9taient presque id\u00e9ales pour les huit apprentis des districts de Vincennes et de Princeton ainsi que pour un apprenti technicien en compteurs de Vincennes qui a rejoint l&#039;op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding:56.25% 0 0 0;position:relative;\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/1022131654?badge=0&amp;autopause=0&amp;player_id=0&amp;app_id=58479\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\" style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;\" title=\"D\u00e9mant\u00e8lement responsable des lignes d&#039;\u00e9nergie\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/api\/player.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les lignes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises hors tension, ce qui a permis de r\u00e9aliser un projet s\u00fbr d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Sous la direction du nouveau monteur de lignes de WIN, Shawn Wolfe, dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 du programme HEATS l&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, les choses se sont rapidement mises en place.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Shawn a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un plan de jeu et a mis tout le monde sur la m\u00eame longueur d&#039;onde \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Glomski. \u00ab Nous nous sommes tous divis\u00e9s en groupes. Tout le monde savait sur quels poteaux ils allaient grimper ou aider. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avec des monteurs de lignes exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s sur place pour prodiguer des conseils en cas de besoin, les futurs monteurs de lignes ont eu l&#039;occasion de mettre en valeur leurs propres comp\u00e9tences, notamment en mati\u00e8re de prise de d\u00e9cision. Sans oublier que le projet a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 aux participants du programme HEATS la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler pour obtenir leurs 8 000 heures de formation en milieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e, le travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 termin\u00e9, les le\u00e7ons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apprises et les apprentis de WIN Energy \u00e9taient un peu plus pr\u00e8s d&#039;\u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s en toute confiance pour l&#039;avenir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Un emploi comme celui-ci pour les apprentis leur permet d&#039;acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te lorsqu&#039;une temp\u00eate frappe et qu&#039;ils doivent mettre en pratique les comp\u00e9tences qu&#039;ils ont acquises \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Glomski. \u00ab Nous voulons leur donner autant de temps que possible pour mettre en pratique les comp\u00e9tences dont ils ont besoin pour r\u00e9ussir et \u00eatre en s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
