Ou du moins, c&#039;est le nom qu&#039;il porte depuis deux ans, anciennement connu sous le nom de Corporate Contributions Account.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Chaque ann\u00e9e, nous recevons des dizaines de demandes d&#039;organismes \u00e0 but non lucratif locaux et d&#039;organismes \u00e0 but non lucratif \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle de l&#039;\u00c9tat et nous les examinons par rapport \u00e0 une strat\u00e9gie que nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9e \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Matt Randall, directeur des relations gouvernementales et communautaires, qui supervise le fonds avec l&#039;aide d&#039;une \u00e9quipe de quatre personnes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avec environ 140 000 THB par an disponibles dans le Fonds d&#039;impact communautaire, il existe toujours de nombreux candidats viables dans diverses cat\u00e9gories. Il s&#039;agit notamment du d\u00e9veloppement communautaire, des secours en cas de catastrophe, des programmes d&#039;\u00e9ducation et de jeunesse, de l&#039;engagement des employ\u00e9s, du soutien aux organismes \u00e0 but non lucratif locaux et des initiatives li\u00e9es aux membres telles que le projet Indiana par l&#039;interm\u00e9diaire des coop\u00e9ratives Indiana Electric.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 un bon exemple des multiples fa\u00e7ons dont le fonds a pu r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins \u00e0 la fois pr\u00e9vus et inattendus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10388\" style=\"width: 520px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10388\" class=\"wp-image-10388\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hoosierenergy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Storm-Damage_0798a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"340\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-10388\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">D\u00e9g\u00e2ts caus\u00e9s aux lignes de Hoosier Energy par la temp\u00eate et la tornade dans le comt\u00e9 de Sullivan le 31 mars 2023.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de l&#039;ann\u00e9e, des tornades ont ravag\u00e9 plusieurs communaut\u00e9s sur le territoire de la coop\u00e9rative membre de Hoosier Energy. En r\u00e9ponse, le Community Impact Fund a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la Wabash Valley Foundation, qui a dirig\u00e9 le Help Sullivan Recover Fund. En outre, une demande de subvention au programme CoBank Sharing Success a permis de r\u00e9colter 10 000 TP4T suppl\u00e9mentaires pour aider au processus de r\u00e9tablissement dans le comt\u00e9 de Sullivan. Les temp\u00eates ont \u00e9galement remis l&#039;accent sur les sir\u00e8nes de tornade dans le comt\u00e9 d&#039;Owen, de sorte que l&#039;aide a \u00e9t\u00e9 vers\u00e9e au Owen County Sirens Fund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ces besoins urgents s&#039;ajoutaient aux nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s d&#039;aider \u00e0 la modernisation d&#039;une aire de jeux adapt\u00e9e aux personnes handicap\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire Shawswick \u00e0 Bedford et de soutenir un club STEM de l&#039;\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire Mooresville.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s sont toujours les bienvenues si elles impliquent un programme jeunesse \u00e0 but non lucratif, li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation ou \u00e0 l\u2019industrie (non sportif).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mais il existe encore un certain nombre de constantes qui ne sont pas pr\u00eates de dispara\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous souhaitons notamment investir dans les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 nos employ\u00e9s vivent, travaillent et servent leurs communaut\u00e9s \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Randall. \u00ab Traditionnellement, nous avons \u00e9galement beaucoup investi dans les communaut\u00e9s o\u00f9 nous avons des actifs de production. Dans les comt\u00e9s de Merom et de Sullivan, nous entretenons de solides relations avec les dirigeants locaux et avons soutenu des projets communautaires et scolaires au fil des ans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous encourageons \u00e9galement l\u2019engagement des employ\u00e9s dans les organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif locales et sommes ouverts \u00e0 l\u2019examen des demandes de soutien lorsqu\u2019elles correspondent \u00e0 nos priorit\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les exemples, citons les Friends of McCormick Creek State Park 5k, l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement Women Build avec Habitat for Humanity du comt\u00e9 de Monroe et la collecte de fonds IBEW Local 1393 pour le Fairbanks Burn Center.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les ann\u00e9es o\u00f9 les secours en cas de catastrophe ne sont pas au premier plan, il existe d&#039;autres causes louables \u00e0 soutenir, comme le programme d&#039;incendies domestiques de la Croix-Rouge am\u00e9ricaine en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif est de maintenir la flexibilit\u00e9 pour l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous n\u2019avons pas fix\u00e9 de montant pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini pour les projets que nous soutenons, mais nous r\u00e9servons une bonne partie de notre budget aux relations en cours tout en \u00e9valuant les opportunit\u00e9s imm\u00e9diates.
