{"id":5487,"date":"2021-01-05T08:00:57","date_gmt":"2021-01-05T12:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hoosierenergy.com\/?p=5487"},"modified":"2023-11-14T20:03:11","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T01:03:11","slug":"the-transformation-of-a-training-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hoosierenergy.com\/de\/news-resources\/the-transformation-of-a-training-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Umbau eines Trainingszentrums"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Mit einem unerm\u00fcdlichen Fokus auf Sicherheit entwickelt sich das Franklin Training Center zum besten im Staat<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Januar 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1967 war das Franklin Training Center von Hoosier Energy nur ein einfaches Geb\u00e4ude aus Betonbl\u00f6cken voller M\u00e4use, das nicht f\u00fcr seinen eigentlichen Zweck genutzt werden konnte \u2013 ein von Napoleon gespeistes Umspannwerk \u2013, weil neue Vorschriften den Bau von Stromleitungen in der Gegend untersagten. Die Genossenschaftsf\u00fchrer tr\u00e4umten von einem Schulungsprogramm, um sicherzustellen, dass die Leitungsarbeiter \u00fcber die F\u00e4higkeiten und Kenntnisse verf\u00fcgten, die sie brauchten, um sich selbst und andere bei der Arbeit zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Im Oktober 1974 wurde vom Vorstandsvorsitzenden Dewy Barnett ein formelles Programm ins Leben gerufen und am 12. April 1975 startete der erste Hoosier Energy Apprenticeship Training and Safety (HEATS)-Kurs. Dieser Kurs wurde von Joe Robb am Daviess-Martin County REMC geleitet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bob Richhart hatte jedoch die Vision, den Standort Franklin zu einer Basis f\u00fcr Unterricht und k\u00f6rperliches Training zu machen. Aufgrund seiner Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Sicherheit und Mitarbeiterschulung war Richhart ma\u00dfgeblich daran beteiligt, die wachsenden Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Mitglieder zu erf\u00fcllen. Das HEATS-Programm wurde zu einem Eckpfeiler des Mitarbeiterentwicklungsprogramms von Hoosier Energy und zu einer Weiterbildungsm\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr Gesellen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201eIch kann das Franklin Training Center und die Arbeit unseres Sicherheitsteams dort wirklich nicht genug loben\u201c, sagt Richhart. \u201eDie Einrichtung bietet umfassende Schulungen in einer sicheren Umgebung, die Einzelunterricht und Feldarbeit erm\u00f6glicht.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">W\u00e4hrend der Schwerpunkt des Programms immer auf der Schulung von Genossenschaftsmitarbeitern lag, hat sich HEATS zu einer umfassenden Schulungsm\u00f6glichkeit im Franklin Training Center entwickelt. Nach seiner offiziellen Er\u00f6ffnung im Jahr 2003 erfreute es sich als au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches Programm schnell gro\u00dfer Beliebtheit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201eWir werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig von Gruppen kontaktiert, die fragen m\u00f6chten, ob sie an einigen unserer Schulungen teilnehmen oder unsere Einrichtungen f\u00fcr die Schulung ihrer Gruppen nutzen k\u00f6nnen\u201c, sagte John Bullock, Hoosier Energy Safety and Training Specialist. \u201eEs gibt keine andere Schulungseinrichtung dieses Kalibers im Bundesstaat Indiana. Darauf sind wir stolz.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Aus dem urspr\u00fcnglichen Blockgeb\u00e4ude wurden ein Klassenzimmer und eine Garage, und 2015 wurden ein zweites Klassenzimmer und eine Garage hinzugef\u00fcgt. Ein Raum f\u00fcr die Z\u00e4hlerschulung und den Unterricht im Klassenzimmer sowie ein \u00dcbungsgel\u00e4nde mit Masten und unterirdischen Schaltkreisen (2019 hinzugef\u00fcgt) bedeuten f\u00fcr die Mitgliedsgenossenschaften, dass ihre Lehrlinge und Gesellen \u00fcber Erfahrung und Umgang mit der modernsten und besten verf\u00fcgbaren Technologie verf\u00fcgen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Die Mitgliedsgenossenschaften wollten das Programm 2019 mit der Einf\u00fchrung des Member Service Representatives HEATS-Programms erneut erweitern. Dieser neue Bildungsweg konzentriert sich auf Mitarbeiter im Front Office und hilft den Genossenschaftsmitarbeitern, Begriffe und Prozesse zu erlernen, um den Mitgliedsverbrauchern Ausf\u00e4lle und andere Ereignisse besser zu erkl\u00e4ren.
