Adicione uma pandemia e \u00e9 f\u00e1cil imaginar como tudo pode sair dos trilhos.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Mas n\u00e3o foi isso que aconteceu com um projeto recente da Hoosier Energy.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u201cNossas equipes fazem o trabalho, n\u00e3o importa o que aconte\u00e7a\u201d, disse o gerente s\u00eanior de projetos Kyle Eslinger. \u201cFoi uma \u00f3tima colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre opera\u00e7\u00f5es, engenharia, compras e gerenciamento de projetos em geral.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c9 importante aprender como eles fizeram isso observando o que aconteceu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Por meio de um estudo interno, a Hoosier Energy descobriu que aumentaria significativamente a confiabilidade da rede para os membros ao atualizar a linha de 345 kV que se estende de Bloomington a Worthington e Sullivan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c9 f\u00e1cil que o mau tempo ou uma colis\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos derrubem um poste. O problema era que n\u00e3o havia estruturas suficientes dessas no trecho em quest\u00e3o \u2014 e as estruturas existentes estavam envelhecendo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">O projeto, que come\u00e7ou em 2017 e foi conclu\u00eddo neste ano, foi projetado para garantir que os becos sem sa\u00edda n\u00e3o fiquem a mais de cinco milhas de dist\u00e2ncia. Os antigos becos sem sa\u00edda, que eram todos feitos de madeira, foram substitu\u00eddos por a\u00e7o \u2014 e a equipe de engenharia garantiu que eles fossem fortes o suficiente para se manterem firmes, n\u00e3o importa o que os estressasse.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cFoi determinado que as estruturas precisavam ser colocadas sobre uma funda\u00e7\u00e3o de concreto com cerca de 8 p\u00e9s de di\u00e2metro e 30 p\u00e9s no solo para impedir tais falhas\u201d, disse Stephens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Alguns dos locais para os becos sem sa\u00edda n\u00e3o tinham acesso f\u00e1cil. Em um caso, a estrada tinha meia milha de comprimento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cConhecemos o terreno, mas alguns dos becos sem sa\u00edda ficavam em \u00e1reas bem baixas\u201d, disse Stephens. \u201cEnt\u00e3o foi desafiador ter que lidar com \u00e1gua na primavera.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As equipes tamb\u00e9m tiveram que garantir que os postes existentes n\u00e3o tivessem um ninho de \u00e1guia constru\u00eddo em cima \u2013 nenhum tinha. Para ajudar a impedir a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de ninhos e as interrup\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para realocar ninhos com seguran\u00e7a, os novos postes usados s\u00e3o projetados com topos abobadados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Este projeto estava dentro do cronograma indo para a \u00faltima fase do projeto que inclu\u00eda a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de seis estruturas no Condado de Sullivan. O trabalho foi programado, o equipamento foi comprado e as equipes estavam prontas para terminar as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cTerminamos seis semanas antes\u201d, disse Eslinger. \u201cIsso vai economizar dinheiro para nossa cooperativa.
