CFL bulbs save energy, money

If you are looking to do something positive for your home and the environment, you can begin simply by replacing an incandescent light bulb with a compact fluorescent light (CFL).

A CFL will use up to 75 percent less energy, last up to 10 times longer and generate 70 percent less heat than a comparative incandescent bulb. For optimum energy savings use CFL’s in the rooms you use most for area lighting.

Our brochure, Choosing a CFL Bulb, provides more information on choosing the best CFL for your needs and how to recycle the bulbs.
