How should I send you my resume?

E-mailed resumes must be in Microsoft Word, Rich Text, or Adobe Acrobat file formats sent to webmaster@hepn.com. Or, resumes may be mailed to:

Hoosier Energy accepts resumes for a specific position. If applying for two positions, two resumes will need to be submitted.

Do I need to submit a cover letter?

Yes, please submit a cover letter along with your resume stating which open position you are applying for. Unsolicited resumes will not be considered.

How do I know you received my resume?

If you submitted your resume by e-mail, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within three business days. If you mailed your resume, you will receive a written confirmation within 10 business days of receipt.

How do I know if I have been selected for an interview?

Resumes will be submitted to the appropriate hiring supervisor. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted either by e-mail or phone.

How do I know if a position has been filled?

Filled positions will be removed from this website.

Do you keep resumes on file?

No, resumes are not kept on file after a position is filled.
